Features

One record of who worked, when, and where.

Accuroll gives skilled nursing facilities time and attendance they can stand behind — the punch says when, the badge shows they were there.

Badge-verified timecards

Staff clock in and out on their phone. Their badge verifies they were on the floor, so every timecard carries proof behind the hours. When the punch and the badge disagree, the shift is flagged before the period closes — you fix it, instead of finding out on payday.

A live view of your building

See who's in the building right now and which area they're in, updated as staff move. No walking the halls to find out who's covering a wing.

Attendance, day by day

Who's on the floor, who's on a break, and who has left today — with every in and out time kept for the days you need to look back on.

Time off, without the text thread

Staff request time off from their phone. Managers approve or decline it in Accuroll, so nothing important lives in a text thread anymore.

A portal for your staff

Staff clock in and out, see their own shifts and hours, and request time off — all from their phone, with nothing new to carry.

Every building in one console

Owners see hours, attendance, and requests across every building they run, in one place. Each building's records stay its own.

Coming later: running payroll inside Accuroll. Until then, your hours export to the payroll you already run.

How it works — three steps

1

Clock in on their phone

Staff clock in and out on the Accuroll app on their phone. The punch is the time record.

2

The badge verifies

Staff wear their badge on shift. Readers around the building see it, so every punch carries a record of whether the person was actually on the floor.

3

Review and export

Timecards flag the shifts where the punch and the badge disagree. Fix what needs fixing, then download the period's hours for the payroll you already run.
